Seven story, mixed-use project above two levels of underground parking on a tight urban site. Ground level provided a 28,000sf community-based medical facility. Above the concrete podium, 130 mixed income apartment units. This project was awarded LEED Gold for Neighborhood Design designation and included rooftop terraces, green roof, a landscaped courtyard and vegetated “GreenScreen” panels.
