General Notes: This LEED© “Silver” project is a perfect example of adaptive reuseal non-descript concrete frame 1950’s office building gutted and transformed into a vibrant and green co-housing community. It included geothermal wells (for unit heat pumps) located in the 3000 sf courtyard. Residents have access to a roof top gazebo which looks out onto a Green Roof fitted out with planters.
